Programs and Services

 We operate the following programs and services for our constituents in Pemiscot County

  • Special Education

    Instruction and related services on the campuses of all seven component districts.

  • Oak View Learning Center

    For students in the county 5 to 21 years of age with moderate to severe developmental disabilities.

  • Itinerant Early Childhood

    Special Education services for children with developmental disabilities 3 to 5 years of age.

  • Parents as Teachers

    Cooperative program for families with children birth to 5 years of age in six of the component school districts.

  • Diagnostic Clinic

    Assessment of students in all seven component school districts.

  • S.T.E.P.

    The primary objectives of S.T.E.P. are to increase independent living skills, increase personal-social skills, increase leisure-recreation skills, and increase employability.  Participation in this High School program is determined by the IEP team.

  • Career and Technology Center

    For all high school students in the county.
